We are fully aware (and even proud!) of the fact that our accommodation offer is a bit atypical. To help you see more clearly, we have grouped together the questions we are asked most frequently. If the answer to your question is not found here, do not hesitate to write to us, we will answer it with fun within 24 hours :)

-Full refund up to 24 hours before your arrival time

-Full refund up to 5 days before arrival

-Full refund if canceled up to 30 days before arrival. If the reservation was made less than 30 days before arrival, full refund for any cancellation made within 48 hours of reservation and at least 14 days before the arrival date. Beyond that, a 50% refund applies up to 7 days before arrival. No refund will be made after this period.
The stays
28 days or more
-Full refund if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before arrival. After this period, the first 28 days of stay are non-refundable.
THE ARRIVALS
AND
DEPARTURES
In all our units, arrivals are from 3 p.m. and departures no later than 11 a.m. You will understand that the time allocated between arrivals and departures is relatively short, so it is difficult for us to allow early arrivals and late departures but you can always ask us and, if it is possible for us, we will will be happy to accommodate you :)
CHILDREN
Children under two years old are accommodated free of charge in all our units. In agreement with our insurers, they are even the only ones who can sleep in additional extra beds. So, plan your parks!
VISIT
Only those registered in the reservation register have access to the units. To bring you together, many of the best restaurants and bars in town are located within walking distance of our units.
THE GUEST ROOM FORMULA
Because it's not every day that we have an experience like that of the Maison des Ôtres 🤍.
the
parking
Each room has a private parking space. For users in double occupancy traveling with more than one vehicle, several parking lots are available around the House. A locked garage is also available to store your bikes.
The bathrooms
7 bedrooms, a possibility of 13 users maximum, 3 bathrooms plus a cabinet. So far, everything is running great!
Home
The arrival is done independently. When you make your reservation, you will be given an access code. We all have our respective jobs outside the House. It is therefore very likely that we will not be there to see you the chard when you arrive :) It will only be postponed for another time during your stay!
**We ask our users to be particularly discreet when arriving and departing between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

reservations
You can book in two ways. VIA your AIRBNB account or by writing us a message VIA email . Please note that we take reservations VIA email only when we receive your message 48 hours before the date of the reservation. Beyond this period, some rooms are available VIA AIRBNB. And yes, we are happy to issue receipts on request :)!
